"In May 2024, Goldberg stated on The View: 'I'm not going anywhere.' In response to Trump mocking her, she said: 'I know where I'm going to be because I got a contract. So, I'm going to be here where I'm wanted for the next couple of years.' She continues to host The View as of 2025."

On 'The View', Goldberg said: 'I've always been an American, and this has always been my country... Maybe it's time for me to move, you know.' She expressed concern about the direction of the country under a potential Trump presidency.

Note: Goldberg later clarified she was 'incorrectly lumped' with celebrities who promised to leave. She stated in November 2016: 'I'm not leaving the country that I was born and raised in.'
